    Corporate Membership

    What is FTL Corporate Membership?

    FTL Corporate Membership is a partnership program designed for companies to offer exclusive gym membership benefits to their employees at special corporate rates and with flexible billing options

    Who is eligible to join the Corporate Membership program?

    Corporate Membership is available for active employees of the same company.

    A minimum of 5 active staff members from the same company is required to qualify for the Corporate Membership program.

    Eligibility must be verified using a valid company ID or official company email.

     

    What benefits do employees get from Corporate Membership?

    Corporate members enjoy:

    • Special corporate rates

    • Full access to FTL Gym facilities

    • Access to all group classes 

    • Partnership promotions and wellness programs (Company Visit, Seminar, Classes, etc)

    • Optional add-ons Personal Trainer

    Are Corporate Membership rates transferable?

    No. Corporate Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered employee.

    What happens if an employee resigns?

    If an employee resigns:

    • The membership remains active until the end of the membership period or Membership can be transferred to another employee

    • No refunds will be provided unless stated in the agreement

    How does payment work?
