Basic Pilates with Reformer

Level: Basic

New to Reformer Pilates? This is the perfect class to start. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates with guided, easy-to-follow movements using the Reformer machine. This beginner-friendly class helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and understand proper technique in a safe and supportive environment.

Flow Pilates with Reformer

Level: Intermediate

Flow Pilates Reformer is the next step after Basic. This class combines smooth transitions and dynamic sequences to create a continuous, energizing workout focused on core strength, toning, flexibility, balance, and control.

Pilates Reformer Class Jump Board

Level: Intermediate

Reformer Jump Board combines basic Pilates movements with dynamic jumps using the Jump Board on the Reformer. The workout focuses on strengthening and toning the arms, legs, and core while improving flexibility, balance, and body control.

Pilates Reformer Body Stretch

Level: Basic

This Reformer Pilates class focuses on improving flexibility while continuing to build strength. Through controlled and dynamic stretching sequences, you’ll enhance joint mobility and move more freely while developing a stronger foundation.

Tower Basic Reformer Pilates

Level: Basic

Tower Reformer Pilates combines Reformer and matwork elements with the added support and resistance of Tower springs. The springs both challenge and assist movement, creating a controlled full-body workout.

Tower Flow Reformer Pilates

Level: Intermediate

Tower Flow Reformer Pilates enhances reformer training with Tower springs that add both challenge and support. This class strengthens all major muscle groups while improving flexibility, posture, and spinal mobility.

Tower & Spine Corrector

Level: Intermediate

Tower & Spine Corrector combines matwork, Tower/Cadillac exercises, and the Spine Corrector to create deeper stretching and improved spinal articulation while enhancing posture and body alignment.

Chair Basic

Level: Intermediate

Chair Pilates combines core Pilates principles with the use of the Pilates Chair. This equipment uses adjustable pedals and springs to create challenging movements that improve strength, balance, and body control.

Ladder Barrel Pilates

Level: Basic

Ladder Barrel Pilates uses a specialized apparatus shaped like a ladder and rounded barrel to support movement. This class focuses on spinal flexibility, posture improvement, core strength, and overall balance.

Konnections for Reformer

This reformer class focuses on building a stronger core by activating the rectus abdominis, obliques, and deep stabilizing muscles to improve strength, balance, and overall stability.

MegaCore – Zero to Hero

Level: Basic

A progressive Megaformer training program designed to guide beginners step-by-step toward stronger performance using the Lagree method focused on control, intensity, and stability.
