Basic Pilates with Reformer
Level: BasicNew to Reformer Pilates? This is the perfect class to start. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates with guided, easy-to-follow movements using the Reformer machine. This beginner-friendly class helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and understand proper technique in a safe and supportive environment.
Flow Pilates with Reformer
Level: IntermediateFlow Pilates Reformer is the next step after Basic. This class combines smooth transitions and dynamic sequences to create a continuous, energizing workout focused on core strength, toning, flexibility, balance, and control.
Pilates Reformer Class Jump Board
Level: IntermediateReformer Jump Board combines basic Pilates movements with dynamic jumps using the Jump Board on the Reformer. The workout focuses on strengthening and toning the arms, legs, and core while improving flexibility, balance, and body control.
Pilates Reformer Body Stretch
Level: BasicThis Reformer Pilates class focuses on improving flexibility while continuing to build strength. Through controlled and dynamic stretching sequences, you’ll enhance joint mobility and move more freely while developing a stronger foundation.
Tower Basic Reformer Pilates

Tower Flow Reformer Pilates

Each class accommodates 7–8 participants, depending on the studio and equipment used.
