Basic Pilates with Reformer

New to Reformer Pilates? This is the perfect class to start. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates with guided, easy-to-follow movements using the Reformer machine. This beginner-friendly class helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and understand proper technique in a safe and supportive environment.

Flow Pilates with Reformer

Flow Pilates Reformer is the next step after Basic. This class combines smooth transitions and dynamic sequences to create a continuous, energizing workout focused on core strength, toning, flexibility, balance, and control.

Pilates Reformer Class Jump Board

Reformer Jump Board is an intermediate-level class that combines Pilates movements with dynamic jumps using the Jump Board on the Reformer. It strengthens the arms, legs, and core while improving flexibility, balance, and control.

Pilates Reformer Body Stretch

This Reformer Pilates class focuses on improving flexibility while continuing to build strength. Controlled stretching sequences enhance joint mobility and help develop a stronger foundation.

Tower Basic Reformer Pilates

Tower Reformer Pilates combines Reformer and matwork elements with the added support and resistance of Tower springs. This class targets all major muscle groups while improving endurance, spinal mobility, flexibility, and balance.

Tower Flow Reformer Pilates

A progression from Tower Basic with more variety and intensity. This session delivers a full-body workout while improving muscular endurance, flexibility, spinal mobility, and balance.

Tower & Spine Corrector

Combines matwork, Tower exercises, and the Spine Corrector to provide deeper stretching and improved spinal articulation. Helps enhance posture, flexibility, and body alignment.

Chair Basic

Chair Pilates uses the Stability Chair with adjustable pedals and springs to create dynamic movements. This class improves strength, balance, and body control.

Ladder Barrel Pilates

Uses a ladder and barrel apparatus to improve spinal flexibility, posture, balance, and core strength. Suitable for beginners and rehabilitation-friendly training.

Optimizes full-body connection through integrated movements on the Reformer enhanced with resistance from the Konnections Band, improving stability, mobility, and posture.

Learn About Our Levels

Level 1

BASIC

Ideal for those who want to build a strong Pilates foundation. This class focuses on posture, alignment, breathing, and controlled movements to develop core activation, stability, and body awareness. The pace is slower and more guided, allowing participants to learn proper technique safely. Suitable for all levels and easily adaptable to individual needs.

Level 2

INTERMEDIATE

Designed for participants ready to move beyond the basics. This class introduces more dynamic movement combinations, equipment resistance, and exercises that challenge coordination, stability, and core strength. The tempo is moderate with a smoother flow of movement. Recommended for those with prior Pilates experience or who have completed Level 1.

Level 2.5

INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED

A transition toward more advanced Pilates training. This class features more complex movements, faster transitions, and dynamic sequences that build strength, balance, and control. Best suited for participants who feel comfortable in Level 2.

Level 3

ADVANCED

Our most challenging Pilates level for experienced practitioners. This class focuses on advanced strength, precision, coordination, and deep mind–body connection. Movements are more complex and require strong control and Pilates experience. Recommended for those who have mastered Level 2.5 or have instructor approval.
