How can I join FTL Ultra?
You can register for an FTL Ultra membership directly through an FTL Membership Consultant or by contacting FTL Customer Service.

What is the difference between FTL Ultra membership and the previous FTL membership?
FTL Ultra offers premium facilities and amenities such as premium shampoo, body wash, and Dyson devices, along with a more exclusive club atmosphere and class selection. It is ideal for advanced members and those with an active lifestyle.
If I have an FTL Blue or Stride membership, can I upgrade to an FTL Ultra membership?
Yes. If you already have an existing FTL membership, you may apply for an upgrade to an FTL Ultra membership.
The upgrade process can be done through the following options:
Contact an FTL Membership Consultant directly at the club or via FTL Customer Service for details on fee adjustments and administrative assistance; or
Upgrade easily through the FTL Stride App → Purchase → Membership → Upgrade.
Can I use my FTL Ultra membership at all FTL locations?
Yes. With an FTL Ultra membership, you receive full access to all FTL Gym locations as well as STRIDE.
This means you can enjoy the flexibility of training at various FTL locations, while still experiencing the exclusive privileges and premium facilities of FTL Ultra clubs.
Does an FTL Ultra membership include access to FTL Pilates classes?
No. FTL Ultra membership does not include access to Reformer Pilates+ classes.
Do FTL Pilates+ members need to upgrade their membership to access FTL Ultra?
No.
FTL Pilates+ members already receive access to FTL Ultra & Stride Gym without the need to upgrade their membership.
