You can book classes up to 24 hours in advance through the app.
You can view the Group Exercise schedule directly on our website by selecting your preferred club location.
Go to the Group Exercise section, choose your club, and the full class timetable will appear — including instructors, class types, and available times.
For member, You can also check the schedule easily through the FTL App — updated in real-time for your convenience.
